حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ رِشْدِينَ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ مَرَّتَيْنِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ رِشْدِينَ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُ أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ رِشْدِينَ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ قُلْتُ هُوَ أَقْوَى أَوْ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كُرَيْبٍ فَقَالَ مَا أَقْرَبَهُمَا وَرِشْدِينُ بْنُ كُرَيْبٍ أَرْجَحُهُمَا عِنْدِي ‏.‏ قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ هَذَا فَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كُرَيْبٍ أَرْجَحُ مِنْ رِشْدِينَ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ ‏.‏ وَالْقَوْلُ عِنْدِي مَا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ رِشْدِينُ بْنُ كُرَيْبٍ أَرْجَحُ وَأَكْبَرُ وَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَرَآهُ وَهُمَا أَخَوَانِ وَعِنْدَهُمَا مَنَاكِيرُ ‏.‏

İbn Abbâs (radıyallahü anh)’den rivâyete göre: “Peygamber (sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem), (kaptan su) içerken iki nefes alırdı.” (Ebû Dâvûd, Eşribe: 20) Bu hadis garibtir. Bu hadisi sadece Rişdîn b. Küreyb rivâyetiyle bilmekteyiz. Abdullah b. Abdurrahman’a (Ebû Muhammed), Rişdîn b. Küreyb’i sordum. O’mu yoksa Muhammed b. Küreyb mi daha sağlamdır dedi ki: İkisi de birbirinden farksızdır, ama ben Rişdîn b. Küreyb’i tercih ederim. Muhammed b. İsmail’e sordum, dedi ki: Muhammed b. Küreyb, Rişdîn b. Küreyb’den daha fazla tercih edilir. Benim görüşümde, Ebû Muhammed, Abdullah’ın dediği gibidir. Rişdîn b. Küreyb daha yaşlı ve tercih edilir. İbn Abbâs’a ulaşmış ve onu görmüştür. Bunlar iki kardeştirler. İkisi de münker, hoş karşılanmayan hadisler rivâyet ederler

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: "When the Prophet (ﷺ) drank, he would breathe two times." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Gharib, we do not know of it except as a narration of Rishdin bin Kuraib. He said: I asked [Abu Muhammad] 'Abdullah bin 'Abdur-Rahman about Rishdin bin Kuraib: "Is he stronger (in narration), or Muhammad bin Kuraib?" He said: "Neither are better to me. Rishdin bin Kuraib is preferred over them to me." He said: I asked Muhammad bin Isma'il about this, so he said: "Muhammad bin Kuraib is preferred over Rishdin bin Kuraib." To me, the correct view is what Abu Muhammad 'Abdullah bin 'Abdur-Rahman said: Rishdin bin Kuraib is more preferred and he is elder. He lived to see Ibn 'Abbas, and they are brothers, and they both have Munkar narrations in their reports

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ حَبِيبٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا الْمُثَنَّى الْجُهَنِيَّ، يَذْكُرُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ النَّفْخِ فِي الشُّرْبِ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ الْقَذَاةُ أَرَاهَا فِي الإِنَاءِ قَالَ ‏"‏ أَهْرِقْهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَإِنِّي لاَ أَرْوَى مِنْ نَفَسٍ وَاحِدٍ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَأَبِنِ الْقَدَحَ إِذًا عَنْ فِيكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

Ebû Saîd el Hudrî (radıyallahü anh)’den rivâyete göre: “Peygamber (sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem) içecek kabın içerisine üflemeyi yasakladı. Bunun üzerine bir adam; kabın içerisine çerçop görüyorum dedi. Rasûlüllah (sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem) onları dök buyurdu. O adam bir nefeste kanmıyorum deyince: “O halde su kabından ağzını uzaklaştır ve nefes al” buyurdular. (Ebû Dâvûd, Eşribe: 20; İbn Mâce, Eşribe: 24) Bu hadis hasen sahihtir

Narrated Abu Sa’id Al Khudri : That the Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited blowing into the drink. A man said: "What about if one sees something floating in the vessel?" He said: "Spill it out (removing that)." He said: "I can not drink in one breath." He said: "Then remove the cup away from your mouth." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يُتَنَفَّسَ فِي الإِنَاءِ أَوْ يُنْفَخَ فِيهِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

İbn Abbâs (r.a.)’den rivâyete göre: “Nebi Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem, içecek kabın içerisine üflemeyi ve kabın içine nefes almayı yasakladı.”

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited breathing in the vessel, or blowing into it." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا شَرِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلاَ يَتَنَفَّسْ فِي الإِنَاءِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

Katâde (radıyallahü anh)’den rivâyete göre, Rasûlüllah (sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem) şöyle buyurmuştur: “Sizden biriniz bir şey içerken kabın içerisine nefes almasın.” (Ebû Dâvûd, Eşribe: 20; İbn Mâce, Eşribe: 24) Bu hadis hasen sahihtir

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Abi Qatadah: From his father, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When one of you drinks, then do not breathe into the vessel." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، رِوَايَةً أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنِ اخْتِنَاثِ الأَسْقِيَةِ، ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، وَابْنِ، عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

Ebû Saîd (r.a.)’den rivâyete göre, şöyle aktarmıştır: “Su tulumlarının ağzını dışarı kıvırıp oradan bir kaba boşaltmaksızın içmekten yasaklandık.” (Yani içi görülmeyen kaplara ağzı dayamak suretiyle içmek yasaklanmıştır

Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah narrated a report (of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) from Abu Sa'eed, that he prohibited bending the mouths of the water-skins. He said:There are narrations on this topic from Jabir, Ibn 'Abbas, and Abu Hurairah. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَامَ إِلَى قِرْبَةٍ مُعَلَّقَةٍ فَخَنَثَهَا ثُمَّ شَرِبَ مِنْ فِيهَا ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِصَحِيحٍ ‏.‏ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْعُمَرِيُّ يُضَعَّفُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَلاَ أَدْرِي سَمِعَ مِنْ عِيسَى أَمْ لاَ

Abdullah b. Enîs (r.a.)’in babasından rivâyete göre, şöyle demiştir: “Rasûlullah (s.a.v.)’in asılı bir tuluma kalkıp ağzını oraya dayamak suretiyle su içtiğini gördüm.”

Narrated 'Eisa bin 'Abdullah bin Unais: From his father who said: "I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) standing at a hanging water-skin, so he bent it, then drank from it." He said: There is something on this topic from Umm Salamah. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The chain of this Hadith is not Sahih. 'Abdullah bin 'Umar Al-'Umari (a narrator in the chain) was graded weak due to his memory, and I do not know if he heard from 'Eisa or not

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، كَبْشَةَ قَالَتْ دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَشَرِبَ مِنْ فِي قِرْبَةٍ مُعَلَّقَةٍ قَائِمًا فَقُمْتُ إِلَى فِيهَا فَقَطَعْتُهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ ‏.‏ وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ هُوَ أَخُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ وَهُوَ أَقْدَمُ مِنْهُ مَوْتًا ‏.‏

Kebşe (r.a.)’den rivâyete göre, şöyle demiştir: “Rasûlullah (s.a.v.) bana gelmişti, derken asılı duran bir tulumun ağzından su içmişti; Ben de kalkıp onun içtiği tulumun ağzını hatıra olsun diye kesmiştim.”

Narrated 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abi 'Amrah: From his grandmother Kabshah who said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon me. He drank from a hanging water-skin while standing. So I went to its mouth and cut it off." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib. Yazid bin Yazid bin Jabir is the brother of 'Adbur-Rahman bin Yazid bin Jabir. He died earlier than him

حَدَّثَنَا الأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُتِيَ بِلَبَنٍ قَدْ شِيبَ بِمَاءٍ وَعَنْ يَمِينِهِ أَعْرَابِيٌّ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَشَرِبَ ثُمَّ أَعْطَى الأَعْرَابِيَّ وَقَالَ ‏ "‏ الأَيْمَنَ فَالأَيْمَنَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

Enes b. Mâlik (r.a.)’den rivâyet edilmiştir: “Rasûlullah (s.a.v.)’e içerisine su karıştırılmış bir süt getirildi o anda Rasûlullah (s.a.v.)’in sağ tarafında bir bedevî solunda ise Ebû Bekir bulunuyordu. Rasûlullah (s.a.v.) içti ve sağındaki bedeviye verdi ve sağdan sıra ile içilsin buyurdu.”

Narrated Anas bin Malik: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was brought some milk which was mixed with some water. On his right was a Bedouin and on his left was Abu Bakr. So he drank, then he gave it to the Bedouin and said: 'The right, then the right.'" He said: There are narrations on this topic from Ibn 'Abbas, Sahl bin Sa'd, Ibn 'Umar, and 'Abdullah bin Busr. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ سَاقِي الْقَوْمِ آخِرُهُمْ شُرْبًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

Ebû Katâde (r.a.)’den rivâyete göre, Nebi (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurdu: “Bir topluluğa su dağıtan kimse en son içer.”

Narrated Abu Qatadah: That the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The one providing water for people is the last of them to drink." He said: There is something on this topic from Ibn Abi Awfa. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ أَحَبَّ الشَّرَابِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْحُلْوُ الْبَارِدُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ مِثْلَ هَذَا عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَالصَّحِيحُ مَا رُوِيَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُرْسَلاً ‏.‏

Âişe (r.anha)’dan rivâyete göre, şöyle demiştir: “Rasûlullah (s.a.v.)’in en çok sevdiği içecek tatlı ve soğuk içeceklerdi.”

Narrated 'Aishah: "The drink most beloved to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was the sweet, cool drink." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This was reported similarly by more than one narrator from Ibn 'Uyainah from Ma'mar, from Az-Zuhri, from 'Urwah from 'Aishah. What is correct what was reported by Az-Zuhri from the Prophet (ﷺ) in Mursal form

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، وَيُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ أَىُّ الشَّرَابِ أَطْيَبُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ الْحُلْوُ الْبَارِدُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَكَذَا رَوَى عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُرْسَلاً وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ ‏.‏

Zührî (r.a.)’den rivâyet edildiğine göre: Rasûlullah (s.a.v.)’e hangi içecek daha lezzetlidir? Diye soruldu. Dedi ki: “Tatlı ve soğuk olanı.”

Narrated Az-Zuhri: "The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked: 'Which drink is the best ?' He said: 'The sweet, cool drink." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This is how 'Abdur-Razzaq reported it from Ma'mar, from Az-Zuhri, from the Prophet (ﷺ) in Mursal form. This is more correct that the narration of Ibn 'Uyainah (no)

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ السُّنِّيُّ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ فِي بَيْتِهِ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الإِمَامُ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ النَّسَائِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ رضى الله عنه قَالَ لَمَّا نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ قَالَ عُمَرُ اللَّهُمَّ بَيِّنْ لَنَا فِي الْخَمْرِ بَيَانًا شَافِيًا‏.‏ فَنَزَلَتِ الآيَةُ الَّتِي فِي الْبَقَرَةِ فَدُعِيَ عُمَرُ فَقُرِئَتْ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ اللَّهُمَّ بَيِّنْ لَنَا فِي الْخَمْرِ بَيَانًا شَافِيًا‏.‏ فَنَزَلَتِ الآيَةُ الَّتِي فِي النِّسَاءِ ‏{‏ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَقْرَبُوا الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنْتُمْ سُكَارَى ‏}‏ فَكَانَ مُنَادِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَقَامَ الصَّلاَةَ نَادَى لاَ تَقْرَبُوا الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنْتُمْ سُكَارَى فَدُعِيَ عُمَرُ فَقُرِئَتْ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ بَيِّنْ لَنَا فِي الْخَمْرِ بَيَانًا شَافِيًا‏.‏ فَنَزَلَتِ الآيَةُ الَّتِي فِي الْمَائِدَةِ فَدُعِيَ عُمَرُ فَقُرِئَتْ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ ‏{‏ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُنْتَهُونَ ‏}‏ قَالَ عُمَرُ رضى الله عنه انْتَهَيْنَا انْتَهَيْنَا‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Umar that:When the prohibition of Khamr was revealed, 'Umar said: "O Allah, give us a clear ruling on Khamr," and the Verse in Al-Baqarah was revealed. 'Umar was called and it was recited to him. Then 'Umar said: "O Allah, give us a clear ruling on Khamr," and the Verse in An-Nisa' was revealed: "O you who believe! Approach not As-Salah (the prayer) when you are in a drunken state". And when the Iqamah for prayer was said, the caller of the Messenger of Allah [SAW] would cry out: "O you who believe! Approach not As-Salah (the prayer) when you are in a drunken state." 'Umar was called and this was recited to him. Then he said: "O Allah, give us a clear ruling on Khamr." Then the Verse in Surat Al-Ma'idah was revealed, and 'Umar was called, and it was recited to him. When he reached the words, "So, will you not then abstain?," 'Umar said: "We have abstained, we have abstained

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ - عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ بَيْنَا أَنَا قَائِمٌ، عَلَى الْحَىِّ وَأَنَا أَصْغَرُهُمْ، سِنًّا عَلَى عُمُومَتِي إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا قَدْ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ‏.‏ وَأَنَا قَائِمٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَسْقِيهِمْ مِنْ فَضِيخٍ لَهُمْ فَقَالُوا اكْفَأْهَا‏.‏ فَكَفَأْتُهَا فَقُلْتُ لأَنَسٍ مَا هُوَ قَالَ الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَنَسٍ كَانَتْ خَمْرُهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ أَنَسٌ‏.‏

Anas bin Malik said:"While I was taking care of a group of people, including my paternal uncles, and I was the youngest of them, a man came and said: 'Khamr has been forbidden.' I was taking care of them, and was pouring Fadikh (date-wine) for them. They said: 'Pour it away.' So I poured it away." I (the narrator) said to Anas: "What is that?" He said: "Unripe dates and dried dates." Abu Bakr bin Anas said: "That was their wine in those days." And Anas did not deny that

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ - عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كُنْتُ أَسْقِي أَبَا طَلْحَةَ وَأُبَىَّ بْنَ كَعْبٍ وَأَبَا دُجَانَةَ فِي رَهْطٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ حَدَثَ خَبَرٌ نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ‏.‏ فَكَفَأْنَا‏.‏ قَالَ وَمَا هِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلاَّ الْفَضِيخُ خَلِيطُ الْبُسْرِ وَالتَّمْرِ‏.‏ قَالَ وَقَالَ أَنَسٌ لَقَدْ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ وَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ خُمُورِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْفَضِيخُ‏.‏

It was narrated that Anas said:"I was pouring (wine) for Abu Talhah, Ubayy bin Ka'b and Abu Dujanah among a group of Ansar when a man came in and said: 'Something new has happened; the prohibition of Khamr has been revealed.' So we poured it away." He said: "The only intoxicant in those days was Fadikh, a mixture of unripe dates and dried dates." And Anas said: "Khamr was forbidden, and most of their Khamr in those days was Fadikh

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ حِينَ حُرِّمَتْ وَإِنَّهُ لَشَرَابُهُمُ الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ‏.‏

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:"When Khamr was forbidden, their drink was (made from) unripe dates and dried dates

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - قَالَ الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ خَمْرٌ‏.‏

It was narrated that Jabir - meaning bin 'Abdullah - said:"Unripe dates and dried dates are Khamr

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ خَمْرٌ‏.‏ رَفَعَهُ الأَعْمَشُ‏.‏

Jabir bin 'Abdullah said:"Unripe dates and dried dates are Khamr." Al-A'mash narrated it in Marfu' form

أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الزَّبِيبُ وَالتَّمْرُ هُوَ الْخَمْرُ ‏"‏‏.‏

It was narrated from Jabir that:The Prophet [SAW] said: "Raisins and dried dates are Khamr

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْبَلَحِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ‏.‏

It was narrated from Ibn Abi Laila, from one of the Companions of the Prophet [SAW], that:The Prophet [SAW] forbade (mixtures of) Al-Balh and dried dates, and of raisins and dried dates

أَخْبَرَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَأَنْ يُخْلَطَ الْبَلَحُ وَالزَّهْوُ‏.‏

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade Ad-Dubba', Al-Hantam, Al-Muzaffat, and An-Naqir, and (he forbade) mixing Al-Balh with Az-Zahuw
