حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ، عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ مِنْ جَوْفِ اللَّيْلِ " اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ نُورُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ قَيَّامُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ أَنْتَ الْحَقُّ وَوَعْدُكَ الْحَقُّ وَقَوْلُكَ الْحَقُّ وَلِقَاؤُكَ حَقٌّ وَالْجَنَّةُ حَقٌّ وَالنَّارُ حَقٌّ وَالسَّاعَةُ حَقٌّ اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْتُ وَبِكَ خَاصَمْتُ وَإِلَيْكَ حَاكَمْتُ فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَأَخَّرْتُ وَأَسْرَرْتُ وَأَعْلَنْتُ أَنْتَ إِلَهِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ " .
Bize, Kutybetü'bnü Saîd, Mâlik b. Enes'den, o da Ebû'z-Zühyer'den, o da Tâvûs'dan, o da İbni Abbâs'dan naklen rivayet ettiki, Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) gece yarısı namaza kalktığında. «Allah'ım! Hamd sana mahsûsdur. Göklerle yerin nûr'u sensin, Hamd da sana mahsûsdur. Göklerle yerin ve onlardakilerin Rabbî sensin, hak sensin, senin va'din hak'dır. Sözün hak'dır. Sana kavuşmak hakdır. Cennet hakdır. Cehennem hakdır. Kıyamet hakdır. Yâ Rabbî! Ben ancak sana teslim oldum; ancak sana îmân ettim; ancak sana tevekkül eyledim ve yalnız sana rücû' ettim. Ben hasmıma karşı ancak senin (burhanın) ile muhasama ettim ve düşmanınla aramızda ancak senin hakemliğine müracaat ettim Binâenaleyh benim gerek evvelce gerekse sonradan işlediğim ğünahiarımla gizli ve aşikâr yaptıklarımı hep bana bağışla! Benim ilâhım sensin, senden başka hiç bir ilâh yokdur!» diye duâ ederdi
Ibn `Abbas reported that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) got up during the night to pray, he used to say:O Allah, to Thee be the praise Thou art the light of the heavens and the earth. To Thee be the praise; Thou art the Supporter of the heavens and the earth. To Thee be the praise; Thou art the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is therein. Thou art the Truth; Thy promise is True, the meeting with Thee is True. Paradise is true, Hell is true, the Hour is true. O Allah, I submit to Thee; affirm my faith in Thee; repose my trust in Thee, and I return to Thee for repentance; by Thy help I have disputed; and to Thee I have come for decision, so forgive me my earlier and later sins, the sins that I committed in secret and openly. Thou art my God. There is no god but Thee
Bu hadis Sahîh-i Müslim’de yer alır. Ümmet, Sahîhayn’daki (Buhârî ve Müslim) hadislerin sahih olduğunu kabul etmiştir.
