Oruç ve Ramazan ile İlgili Hadisler

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ مِثْلَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ يَحْيَى قَالَ سُفْيَانُ لاَ أَدْرِي مِنْ قَوْلِ مَنْ هُوَ يَعْنِي وَكَانَ يُؤْخَذُ بِالآخِرِ مِنْ قَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏

{…} Bize Yahya b. Yahya ile Ebû Bekir b. Ebi Şeybe, Amru'n-Nâkıd ve İshâk b. İbrahim, Süfyândan, o da Zührî'den naklen bu isnâdla bu hadîsin mislini rivayet ettiler. Yahya şunları söyledi: «Süfyan: (Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in son kavli ile amel edilirdi.) sözünü kastederek: — Bu sözün kimin olduğunu bilmiyorum, dedi.»

This hadith is narrated on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters. Yahya (one of the narrators) said that Sufyan (the narrator) had stated:I do not know whose statement it is:" It is the last word of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) which is accepted as (final as it abrogates the previous ones)

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَكَانَ الْفِطْرُ آخِرَ الأَمْرَيْنِ وَإِنَّمَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالآخِرِ فَالآخِرِ ‏.‏ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ فَصَبَّحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَكَّةَ لِثَلاَثَ عَشْرَةَ لَيْلَةً خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ ‏.‏

{…} Bana Muhammed b. Râfi' rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Abdürrazzâk rivayet etti, (Dediki) Bize Ma'mer Zührî'den bu isnâdla haber verdi. Zühri şöyle demiş: «İki şıkkın sonuncusu oruç tutmamak olmuştu. Zaten Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in daima san fiili ile amel olunur.» Yine Zühri Demişki: Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) Mekke'ye Ramazandan geçen 13. gecenin sabahında vardı.»

It has been narrated on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters that breaking of fast (in a journey) is the final of the two commands (whether one may fast or one may break it), and it is the last command of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) which is to be accepted as final. Zuhri said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) marched on Mecca on the morning of 14th of Ramadan (lit. when thirteen nights had passed)

وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ ‏.‏ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فَكَانُوا يَتَّبِعُونَ الأَحْدَثَ فَالأَحْدَثَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ وَيَرَوْنَهُ النَّاسِخَ الْمُحْكَمَ ‏.‏

{…} Bana Harmeletü'bnii Yahya rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize İbni Vehb haber verdi. (Dediki) Bana Yûnus İbni Şîhâb'dan naklen bu isnâdla Leys hadisinin mislini haber verdi. İbni Şihâb: «Ashâb, Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in en yeni fiiline tâbi olurlar, onu muhkem bir nasih kabul ederlerdi.» demiş

A hadlth like this has been transmitted on the authority of Ibn Shibab who said that they (the Compnions of the Holy Prophet) followed the latest of his commands and looked upon it as one abrogating (the previous ones) and the most firm

وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ سَافَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَمَضَانَ فَصَامَ حَتَّى بَلَغَ عُسْفَانَ ثُمَّ دَعَا بِإِنَاءٍ فِيهِ شَرَابٌ فَشَرِبَهُ نَهَارًا لِيَرَاهُ النَّاسُ ثُمَّ أَفْطَرَ حَتَّى دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ - رضى الله عنهما - فَصَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَفْطَرَ فَمَنْ شَاءَ صَامَ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَفْطَرَ ‏.‏

{…} Bize İshak b. İbrahim rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Cerir, Mansûr'dan, o da Mücahid'den, o da Tâvus'dan, o da İbni Abbâs (Radiyallahu anhûm)'dan naklen haber verdi. İbni Abbâs şöyle demiş: «Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) Ramazanda sefer etti ve Usfan'a varıncaya kadar oruç tuttu. Sonra içinde su bulunân bir kab istedi. Ve cemâat kendisini görsün diye güpegündüz suyu içti. Ondan sonra Mekke'ye girinceye kadar oruç tutmadı.» İbni Abbâs (Radiyallahu anh) «İşte Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) hem oruç tuttu hem de tutmadı. Binaenaleyh isteyen oruç tutar isteyen tutmaz.» demiş

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) journeyed during the month of Ramadan in a state of fasting till he reached 'Usfan. He then ordered a cup containing drinking water and he drank that openly so that the people might see it, and broke the fast (and did not resume it) till he reached Mecca. Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) said:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) fasted and broke the fast, so he who wished fasted and he who wished to break it broke it

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ، عَبَّاسٍ - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ لاَ تَعِبْ عَلَى مَنْ صَامَ وَلاَ عَلَى مَنْ أَفْطَرَ قَدْ صَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي السَّفَرِ وَأَفْطَرَ ‏.‏

Bize Ebû Kureyb rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Veki' Süfyân'dan, o da Abdülkerim'den, o da Tâvus'dan, o da İbni Abbâs'dan naklen rivayet eyledi, şöyle demiş : «Oruç tutanı da tutmayanı da ayıplama. Çünkü Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) seferde hem oruç tutmuş hem tutmamıştır.»

Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported:Do not condemn one who observes fast, or one who does not observe (in a journey). for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed fast in a journey or he did not observe it (too)

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ - حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، - رضى الله عنهما - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَرَجَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَصَامَ حَتَّى بَلَغَ كُرَاعَ الْغَمِيمِ فَصَامَ النَّاسُ ثُمَّ دَعَا بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَرَفَعَهُ حَتَّى نَظَرَ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّ بَعْضَ النَّاسِ قَدْ صَامَ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ أُولَئِكَ الْعُصَاةُ أُولَئِكَ الْعُصَاةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Bana Muhammedü'bnü'I-Müsennâ rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize Abdülvahhâb yani İbni Abdilmecid rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Ca'fer, babasından, o da Câbir b. Abdillah (Radiyallahu anh)'dan naklen rivayet etti ki Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) fetih yılında Mekke'ye (Sefer için) Ramazanda yola çıkmış ve Kürâu'l-Gamım denilen yere varıncaya kadar oruç tutmuş. Cemâat da oruç tutmuşlar. Sonra bir kadeh su istemiş, kadehi herkesin göreceği şekilde kaldırdıktan sonra suyu içmiş, bundan (biraz) sonra kendisine : — «Bâzı kimseler oruç tutuyorlar.» Demişler. Bunun üzerine Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem): — «Onlar âsilerdir,, onlar âsilerdir.» buyurmuşlar

Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with both of them) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) went out to Mecca in Ramadan in the year of Victory, and he and the people fasted till he came to Kura' al-Ghamim and the people also fasted. He then called for a cup of water which he raised till the people saw it, and then he drank. He was told afterwards that some people had continued to fast, and he said:These people are the disobedient ones; these are the disobedient ones

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي الدَّرَاوَرْدِيَّ - عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ شَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الصِّيَامُ وَإِنَّمَا يَنْظُرُونَ فِيمَا فَعَلْتَ ‏.‏ فَدَعَا بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ ‏.‏

Bize, bu hadîsi Kuteybetü'bnü Saîd dahî rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Abdülazîz yâni Derâverdî, Cafer'den bu isnadla rivayet etti. Şunu da ziyâde eyledi: «Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'e : — «Cemâata oruç meşakkat vermektedir. Onlar senin ne yapacağına bakıyorlar, dediler. Bunun üzerine Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) ikindi'den sonra bir kadeh su istedi.» İzah 1115 te

This hadith has been narrated by Ja'far with the same chain of transmitters and he added:It was said to him (to the Holy Prophet): There are people to whom fasting has become unbearable and they are waiting how you do. He (the Holy Prophet) then called for a cup of water when it was afternoon. The rest of the hadith is the same

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ جَمِيعًا عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ، بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ - قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، - عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ فَرَأَى رَجُلاً قَدِ اجْتَمَعَ النَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ وَقَدْ ظُلِّلَ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ مَا لَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا رَجُلٌ صَائِمٌ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لَيْسَ مِنَ الْبِرِّ أَنْ تَصُومُوا فِي السَّفَرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Bize Ebû Bekir b. Ebi Şeybe ile Muhammedti'bnu'l-Müsennâ ve ibni Beşşâr toptan Muhammed b. Ca'fer'den rivayet ettiler. Ebû Bekir (Dediki) Bize Gunder Şu'be'den, o da Muhammed b. Abdirrahman b. Sa'd'dan, o da Muhammed b. Amr b. Hasen'den o da Cabir b. Abdillah (Radiyallahû anhûm)'dan naklen rivayet eyledi. Câbir şöyle demiş; Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) bir seferde idi, (Bir ara) etrafına insanlar toplanmış, gölgelendîrilmekte olan bir adam gördü de: — «Ona ne olmuş?» diye sordu. Ashâb: — «Oruç tutan bir adam.» cevâbını verdiler. Bunun üzerine Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem); — «Seferde oruç tutmanız tâ attan ma'dut değildir.» buyurdular

Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with both of them) reported that in the course of a journey Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw a man, people crowding around him and providing him a shade. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) said:What is the matter with him? They said: He is a person observing fast. Whereupon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: It is no righteousness that you fast on journey

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، - رضى الله عنهما - يَقُولُ رَأَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلاً بِمِثْلِهِ ‏.‏

{…} Bize Ubeydullah b. Muâz rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize babam rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize Şube, Muhammed b. Abdirrahmân'dan rivayet etti. (Demişki): Ben, Muhammed b. Amr b. Hasen'i rivayet ederken dinledim, o da Câbir b. Abdillah (Radiyallahû anhûm)'yi şunu söylerken işitmiş: «Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) bir adam gördü...» Râvi hadisi yukarki gibi rivayet etmiştir

Amr b. al-Hasan is reported to have said that he heard Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with both of them) as saying that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw a man. The rest of the hadith is the same as mentioned above

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ نَحْوَهُ وَزَادَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَكَانَ يَبْلُغُنِي عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَزِيدُ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَفِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ عَلَيْكُمْ بِرُخْصَةِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي رَخَّصَ لَكُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَلَمَّا سَأَلْتُهُ لَمْ يَحْفَظْهُ ‏.‏

{…} Bize, bu hadisi Ahmed b. Osman En-Nevfeli dahi rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Ebû Dâvud rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Şu'be bu isnadla yukarki hadîsin mislini rivayet eyledi. Ravi şunu da ziyâde etmiş: Şu'be (Dediki); Yahya b. Ebî Kesir'in bu hadîsde fazla şeyler rivayet ederdiğini duyardım.» Bu isnad da şu da vardır: «Şu'be: Allah'ın size bahşettiği ruhsatı benimseyin, dedi.» Râvi diyordu: «Kendisine bunu sorduğum zaman hatırlayamadık İzah için buraya tıklayın

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu'ba with the same chain of transmitters but with this addition that he (the Holy Prophet) said:" Take advantage of the concession of Allah Who Wanted it to you." When he (one of the narrators) asked him (the other one, Yabya b. Abi Kathar) he did not retain it in his mind

حَدَّثَنَا هَدَّابُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِسِتَّ عَشْرَةَ مَضَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَمِنَّا مَنْ صَامَ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَفْطَرَ فَلَمْ يَعِبِ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ وَلاَ الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ ‏.‏

Bize Heddâb b. Halid rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Hammâm b. Yahya rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Katâde, Ebû Nadrâ'dan, o da Ebû Saîd-i Hudri (Radiyallahu anh)'dan naklen rivayet eyledi. Ebû Saîd : Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) ile birlikte Ramazanın 16. sında gazaya çıktık, bâzımız oruç tuttu, bâzımız tutmadı. Ama ne tutan tutmayanı ayıpladı ne de tutmayan tutanı.» demiş

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported:We went out on an expedition with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the 16th of Ramadan. Some of us fasted and some of us broke the fast. But neither the observer of the fast found fault with one who broke it, nor the breaker of the fast found fault with one who observed it

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَامِرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ هَمَّامٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ التَّيْمِيِّ وَعُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ وَهِشَامٍ لِثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ وَفِي حَدِيثِ سَعِيدٍ فِي ثِنْتَىْ عَشْرَةَ ‏.‏ وَشُعْبَةَ لِسَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ أَوْ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ ‏.‏

Bize Muhammed b. Ebî Bekir El- Mukaddemi rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Yahya b. Saîd, Teymi'den naklen rivayet etti. H. Bize, bu hadisi Muhammedü'bnü'I-Müsennâ dahî rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize îbni Mehdî rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Şu*be rivayet eyledi, İbnü'l-Müsennâ (Dediki) Bize Ebû Âmir rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Hişâm rivayet eyledi. Yine İbnü'l-Müsennâ (Dediki) Bize Salim b. Nuh rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Ömer yani İbni Âmir rivayet etti. H. Bize Ebû Bekir b. Ebî Şeybe de rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Muhammedü'bnü Bişr, Saîd'den naklen rivayet eyledi Bu râvîlerin hepsi Katâde'den bu isnâdla Hemmam hadisi gibi rivayette bulunmuşlardır. Şu kadar var ki Teyraî, Ömer b. Âmir ve Hişâm rivayetlerinde : «Ramazanın onsekizinde», Saîd rivayetinde «Onikisinde», Şu'be rivayetinde ise «Onyedisinde yahut ondokuzunda ifâdeleri vardır

A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters by different narrators (except this difference) that in the hadith transmitted by Taimi and Umar b. Amir and Hisham (the date of setting out is) 18th, and in the hadith transmitted by Sa'id it is the 12th, and in the one transmitted by Shu'ba it is the 17th or 19th

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُفَضَّلٍ - عَنْ أَبِي مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ كُنَّا نُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَمَضَانَ فَمَا يُعَابُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ صَوْمُهُ وَلاَ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ إِفْطَارُهُ ‏.‏

Bize Nasr b. Aliy el-Cehdamî rivayet etti. Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported:We went out on an expedition with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) during Ramadan and neither the observer of the fast was found fault with for his fasting, nor the breaker of the fast for breaking it

حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ كُنَّا نَغْزُو مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَمَضَانَ فَمِنَّا الصَّائِمُ وَمِنَّا الْمُفْطِرُ فَلاَ يَجِدُ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ وَلاَ الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ يَرَوْنَ أَنَّ مَنْ وَجَدَ قُوَّةً فَصَامَ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ حَسَنٌ وَيَرَوْنَ أَنَّ مَنْ وَجَدَ ضَعْفًا فَأَفْطَرَ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ حَسَنٌ ‏.‏

Bana Amru'n-Nâkıd rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize İsmail b. İbrahim Cüreyri'den, o da Ebû Nadradan, o da Ebû Saîd-i Hudrî (Radiyallahu anh) 'dan, naklen rivayet etti. Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported:We went out on an expedition with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) during Ramadan. Some of us observed the fast and some of us broke it. Neither the observer of the fast had any grudge against one who broke it, nor the breaker of the fast had any grudge against one who had fasted They knew that he who had strength enough (to bear its rigour) fasted and that was good, and they also found that he who felt weakness (and could not bear the burden) broke it, and that was also good

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الأَشْعَثِيُّ، وَسَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَحُسَيْنُ، بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ، - قَالَ سَعِيدٌ أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، - عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا نَضْرَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، - رضى الله عنهم - قَالاَ سَافَرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيَصُومُ الصَّائِمُ وَيُفْطِرُ الْمُفْطِرُ فَلاَ يَعِيبُ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ ‏.‏

Bize Saîd b. Amr El-Eş'asi, Sehl b. Osman, Süveyde b. Saîd ve Hüseyin b. Hureys hep birden Mervân'dan rivayet ettiler. Saîd (Dediki) Bize Mervân b. Muâviye, Âsım'dan naklen haber verdi. (Demişki): Ebû Nadrâ'yı, Ebû Saîd-i Hudri ile Câbir b. Abdillah (Radiyallahû anhûma)'dan naklen rivayet ederken dinledim. Şöyle demişler: «Biz, Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) ile sefer ettik. Orucu tutan tuttu, tutmayan tutmadı. Ama Kimse birbirini ayıplamadı.» İzah 1118 de

Abu Nadra reported Abu Sa'id al. Khudri and Jabir b. Abdullah as saying:We travelled with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). The observer of the fast observed it, and the breaker of the fast broke it, but none of them found fault with each other

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ سُئِلَ أَنَسٌ - رضى الله عنه - عَنْ صَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ فِي السَّفَرِ فَقَالَ سَافَرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَمَضَانَ فَلَمْ يَعِبِ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ وَلاَ الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ ‏.‏

Bize Yahya b. Yahya rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Ebû Heyseme, Humeyd'den naklen haber verdi. Humeyd şöyle demiş: Enes radiyallahu anhu'ya seferde Ramazan orucunun hükmü soruldu da : «Biz Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) ile ramazanda sefer ettik ama ne oruç tutan tutmayanı ayıpladı, ne de tutmayan tutanı.» dedi

Humaid reported that Anas (Allah be pleased with him) was asked about fasting during Ramadan while travelling. He said:We travelled with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) during the month of Ramadan, but neither the observer of the fast found fault with the breaker of the fast, nor the breaker of the fast found fault with the observer of the fast

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ خَرَجْتُ فَصُمْتُ فَقَالُوا لِي أَعِدْ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ أَنَسًا أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّ أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانُوا يُسَافِرُونَ فَلاَ يَعِيبُ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ وَلاَ الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ ‏.‏ فَلَقِيتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ فَأَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ - رضى الله عنها - بِمِثْلِهِ ‏.‏

Bize Ebû Bekir b. Ebî Şeybe rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Ebû Hâlid-i Ahmar, Humeyd'den, rivayet etti. (Demişki): Sefere çıktım ve oruç tuttum. Bana : — «Orucunu kaza et,» dediler. Ben de (onlara) : — «Bana Enes haber verdi. Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in ashâbı sefere çıkarlar fakat ne oruç tutan tutmayanı ayıplarmış, ne de tutmayan tutanı.» dedim. Müteakiben İbni Ebî Miileyke'ye rastladım, bana o da Âişe (Radiyallahû anha)'dan bu hadîsin mislini rivayet etti

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated from Humaid who said:I went out and was fasting; they said to me: Break (lit. go back, repeat). He said that Anas reported that the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to set out on a journey and neither the observer of the fast found fault with the breaker of the fast, nor the breaker of the fast found fault with the observer of the fast. (One of the narrators Humaid said): I met Ibn Abi Mulaika who informed me the same thing on the authority of 'A'isha

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي السَّفَرِ فَمِنَّا الصَّائِمُ وَمِنَّا الْمُفْطِرُ - قَالَ - فَنَزَلْنَا مَنْزِلاً فِي يَوْمٍ حَارٍّ أَكْثَرُنَا ظِلاًّ صَاحِبُ الْكِسَاءِ وَمِنَّا مَنْ يَتَّقِي الشَّمْسَ بِيَدِهِ - قَالَ - فَسَقَطَ الصُّوَّامُ وَقَامَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ فَضَرَبُوا الأَبْنِيَةَ وَسَقَوُا الرِّكَابَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ ذَهَبَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ الْيَوْمَ بِالأَجْرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Bize Ebu Bekir b. Ebî Şeybe rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Ebû Muâviye, Âsim'dan, o da Müverrik'den, o da Enes (Radiyallahu anh)'dan naklen haber verdi. Enes şöyle demiş: «Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) ile birlikte seferde bulunuyorduk. Kimimiz oruçlu, kimimiz oruçsuz idik. Sıcak bir günde bir yerde mola verdik. Ekseriyetle gölgelenenlerimiz elbisesi olanlardı. Bâzılarımız güneşten eli ile korunuyordu. Derken oruç tutanlar (bîtap) düştüler. Tutmayanlar kalkarak çadırları kurdular ve develeri suladılar. Bunun üzerine Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Şellem): «Bugün oruç tutmayanlar ecri alıp gittiler.» buyurdu

Anas (Allah be pleased with him) reported:We were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on a journey. Some of us had been observing the fast and some of us had not been fasting. We got down at a place on a hot day. Most of us had the cloth for shelter. There were also those amongst us who sheltered (themselves against the rays of the) sun with the help of their hands. The observers of the fast fell down (on account of weakness). Those who had not observed it got up and pitched tents and watered the mounts. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The breakers of the fast have taken away the reward today

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ فَصَامَ بَعْضٌ وَأَفْطَرَ بَعْضٌ فَتَحَزَّمَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ وَعَمِلُوا وَضَعُفَ الصُّوَّامُ عَنْ بَعْضِ الْعَمَلِ - قَالَ - فَقَالَ فِي ذَلِكَ ‏ "‏ ذَهَبَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ الْيَوْمَ بِالأَجْرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Bize Ebû Kureyb rivayet etti, (Dediki) Bize Hafs, Asım-ı Ahvel'den, o da Müverrîk'den o da Enes (Radiyallahu anh) 'dan naklen rivayet etti. Enes şöyle demiş : Resûlulllah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) bir seferde idî. Ashabından) bâzısı oruç tuttu, bâzısı tutmadı. Tutmayanlar akıllılık ettiler ve iş gördüler. Oruçlular ise bazı işleri görmekten âciz kaldılar. Bu babdâ Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem): — «Bugün oruç tutmayanlar ecri alıp gittiler.» buyurdu

Anas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was journeying (along with his Companions). Some of them had observed the fast whereas the others had broken it. Those who did not fast girded up their loins and worked, but the observers of the fast were too weak to work. Upon this he (the Messenger of Allah) said:Today the breakers of the fast have gone with the reward

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي قَزَعَةُ، قَالَ أَتَيْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ - رضى الله عنه - وَهُوَ مَكْثُورٌ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا تَفَرَّقَ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ قُلْتُ إِنِّي لاَ أَسْأَلُكَ عَمَّا يَسْأَلُكَ هَؤُلاَءِ عَنْهُ ‏.‏ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الصَّوْمِ فِي السَّفَرِ فَقَالَ سَافَرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى مَكَّةَ وَنَحْنُ صِيَامٌ قَالَ فَنَزَلْنَا مَنْزِلاً فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إِنَّكُمْ قَدْ دَنَوْتُمْ مِنْ عَدُوِّكُمْ وَالْفِطْرُ أَقْوَى لَكُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَكَانَتْ رُخْصَةً فَمِنَّا مَنْ صَامَ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَفْطَرَ ثُمَّ نَزَلْنَا مَنْزِلاً آخَرَ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّكُمْ مُصَبِّحُو عَدُوِّكُمْ وَالْفِطْرُ أَقْوَى لَكُمْ فَأَفْطِرُوا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَكَانَتْ عَزْمَةً فَأَفْطَرْنَا ثُمَّ قَالَ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا نَصُومُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي السَّفَرِ ‏.‏

Bana Muhemmed b. Hatim rivayet etti. (Dediki) Bize Abdurrahman b. Mehdi Muaviyetü'bnü Salih'den o da Rabia'dan naklen rivayet etti. (Demişki): Bana Kazea rivayet eyledi. (Dediki) Ebu Saîd-i Hudrî (Radiyallahu anh)'a geldim, başında kalabalık insanlar vardı. Bunlar dağılınca: — «Ben, sana bunların sorduklarını sormayacağım.» dedim. Ona sefer hakkında sual sordum. Ebu Saîd şu cevabı verdi: — «Biz oruçlu olduğumuz halde Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) ile birlikte Mekke'ye sefere çıktık. Bir yerde mola verdik, Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) : — Siz düşmanınıza yaklaştınız, artık oruç tutmamak size daha kuvvet kazandırır, buyurdu. Bu, bir ruhsat idi. Onun için kimimiz oruç tuttu, kinlimiz tutmadı. Sonra başka bir yere indik. Bu sefer Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem): — Sizler yarın sabah düşmanınızla karşılaşacaksınız, oruç tutmamak sîze daha çok kuvvet kazandırır. Binaenaleyh oruç tutmayın, buyurdular. Bu, kafi bir emirdi. Qaza'a reported:I came to Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) and he was surrounded (by people), and when they dispersed I said to him: I am not going to ask you about what these people were asking. I ask you about fasting on a journey. Upon this he said: We travelled with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) towards Mecca and we had been observing fast. We halted at a place. There the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: You are nearing your enemy and breaking of fast would give you greater strength, and that was a concession (given to us). But some of us continued to observe the fast and some of us broke it. We then got down at another place and he (the Holy Prophet) said: You are going to encounter the enemy in the morning and breaking of the fast would give you strength, so break the fast. As it was a point of stress, so we broke the fast. But subsequently we saw ourselves observing the fast with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on a journey
